I had the 15K maintenance done on my Yukon XL at your Little Falls GMC branch. The service section informed me that the 15K maintenance cost was $359 for cars and $369 for trucks. However, when I received the invoice, the total was $479. I pointed out that this was $100 more than expected and asked them to review the charge. They explained that they had added an extra $100 for a large SUV. When I checked the service document and the invoice they gave me, there was no mention of this $100 extra charge. In fact, the service section consistently stated that the 15K maintenance for trucks was $369, with a note of a $10 extra charge for small cars and trucks. Nowhere did it mention an additional $100 for larger SUVs. The document they provided does not include any statement about this extra charge. Apart from this, there were two recalls on the car, and I was left without a vehicle for 1.5 days. I had to commute to work and home using Uber. While I didn't even ask for a loaner car from you, you charged me an extra $100. I will not be choosing your service again.

The repair was fine. Very disappointed that I was not able to get a loaner vehicle since it took over 2 weeks to repair. I call about 2 months ago and was promised a loaner. They said I had 10 people in front of me. I don���t think that was fair to me. My vehicle was purchased at the gmc dealership down the shore. I came to McGuire because I need a dealership locally, so I chose McGuire. My lease comes due in a couple of months and I don���t want to travel far for a new vehicle.

Your 2 sales men Leon and Joe did an excellent job in getting me into my new vehicle. John the manager was able to get me into my price range to my liking. The only thing that I can say that I was disappointed with was the fact that the sales people on delivery could have used more help. It took way too long to get me out. It wasn���t there fault they had to many customers and not enough help. 3 hour to deliver a truck is way to long.
