If there were more than five stars I could give to James and the Finance Manager I definitely would! You were both just STELLAR!!! This was the best experience I have had with a GM Dealership, and I am a customer for life!! Both of you are an excellent example of what a car buying experience should be like for a customer. This was my first time at your dealership, and I can definitely say first impressions are everlasting! You both truly exceeded that and went above and beyond!!!
