I never received an update regarding the status of my vehicle. The day before a holiday where the dealership was closing early and planned on being closed the next day, no one reached up with an update or a plan for my car. I called 1 hour before close and was told that my technician was out sick. Extremely unprofessional. No one followed up with the car, no one had much information, and to keep the car with no instructions was completely unnecessary. Extremely disappointed in how the entire process worked out. I appreciate the technician on hand that attempted to assist but the unnecessary stress and the immediate rush ti pick up the car 20 minutes before close was too much. I don���t plan on purchasing a new Buick or gmc due to these service issues.
